| Surface Treatment |
| Berger Color Consultant will visit the site to check surface condition. If any maintenance work is required to make the surface ready for paint application then Color Consultant will share work details and cost estimate with the customer. This cost is not included in the scope of Express Painting Service. |
| Paint Repair Service Period |
| ❑ Platinum/Gold/Silver Package: 12 months Paint Repair Service. |
| Terms & Conditions |
| 1. Mentioned Paint Repair Service is applicable for painting works done by Berger Paints only. |
| 2. Mentioned Paint Repair Service is applicable for painting on standard surface conditions without the presence of damp, salt, crack, water seepage, etc. |
| 3. Any additional work needed for surface treatment (damp, salt, crack, water seepage, etc.) is not included in the scope of Express Painting Service. |
| 4. Mentioned Paint Repair Service is effective from the date of job handover to Customer. |
| 5. Paint Repair Service covers repainting of the problem area only; not whole surface. In this case, Berger will arrange all items required for repainting of the problem area at free of cost. |
| 6. Product, shade, or illusions design to be used in repainting will be similar to the main work done previously. |
| 7. Berger reserves the right to make any change in Paint Repair Service Policy at any point of time. |
| Under the below conditions Paint Repair Service will not be applicable: |
| 1. Any damp appeared after painting on opposite side of toilet & kitchen and outside wall. |
| 2. Water leakage after painting due to plumbing problem. |
| 3. Salinity problem on wall after painting due to brick, sand and cement. |
| 4. AC maintenance or any kind of maintenance work after painting on interior or exterior wall. |
| 5. Tiles work after painting on interior or exterior wall/floor. |
| 6. Any kind of interior work after painting. |
| 7. Any renovation work after painting on interior or exterior wall/floor |
| 8. Exterior plaster work after painting |
| 9. Any crack found after painting due to natural disaster/structural problem |
| 10. Any paint/work done by local painter who is not assigned by Berger Paints |
| 11. Any work not included in the Final Estimate and/or done by the painter on customer’s instruction. |
